Welcome to the Egham & Staines Model Railway Society. We are an active friendly club meeting every Tuesday from 8pm in our extensive clubrooms in the centre of Egham.

We were formed in 1965 by a small group of Model Railway Enthusiasts living within the local area.

In the late '60's we purchased the remains of Staines stock-car stadium and rebuilt it on the edge of Hummer Road car park, where we remain today. Within the clubhouse we have six large layouts permanently erected of various scales and gauges. On the land behind the hut we are constructing a garden railway so that we can run live steam and electric trains in O Scale, 32mm & 45mm narrow gauges.

A subscription of £40 is paid annually that pays for the running of the Society. We hold our very popular and friendly exhibition every two years, that pays for the construction of the layouts.

We are always happy for new members to join our Society. If you do not have any skills in anything we can show you how. Remember, we all started at the beginning and our own layouts have improved by talking to like minded modellers.
